Oe Kintaro usually leaves the impression of stupid and pervert, but actually is a hidden genius. He has very good memory and he can use it easily. He has studied in the Tokyo University, but he left school because he had learned everything, but he doesn't leave studing behind, on the oposite. He travels over Japan with his pink bike - Moon sickle. He now studies things like how big are a women’s boobs, who is the woman who last was standing on the toilet and how he looks with black brow. Because of that the women start to hate him, but with his genius side the things are changing, but Kintaro already left the city singing his favorite song "Study, study, study, study, study...".
