Yu-Gi-Oh! - Overview
Yu-Gi-Oh! (from Japanese "The King of Games") is a popular anime and manga who are Kazuki Takahashi's idea. In the anime is telling about a small boy - Yugi Muto (Yugi from Japanese means "game"). After 5000 years he manages to solve the Millennium Puzzle and frees the spirit of a ancient pharaoh. The Pharaoh's spirit obsesses Yugi and they two persons in one body.
In the anime the heroes play many different games, but the game Duel Monsters is the main (the whole second season is all about this game). Yugi finds friends in school. They live though a lot of adventures together, but the more important thing shown in the anime is the theme about friends. Everybody needs friends. Friendship gives power, which no evil force can beat.hip gives power, which no evil force can beat.
